These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Reslink platform operated by RESLINK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U72100UP2023PTC191422). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Reslink provides a SaaS platform for solar EPC companies, including proposal automation, 3D solar design tools, CRM with AI-powered sales, and project management. Access to these services is provided on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a monthly or yearly basis as selected by you. Payments are processed securely through PayU. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to early cancellation, downgrade, or unused services. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's integrity or performance
  • Upload malicious code or content that could harm the platform or other users

6. Intellectual Property

The Reslink platform, including its design, features, code, and content, is the intellectual property of RESLINK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. You retain ownership of all data and content you create using our platform. We do not claim any ownership rights over your project data, proposals, or designs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reslink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period. Upon termination, your access to the platform will continue until the end of your current billing period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
