Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans on the Reslink platform operated by RESLINK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your Reslink subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team at team@reslink.org. No reason is required for cancellation.

Effect of Cancellation

• Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly).
• You will continue to have full access to all features until the end of your paid period.
• No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of your subscription.
• After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and access to premium features will be revoked.

Data After Cancellation

Your data (proposals, designs, CRM records) will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends. During this period, you may reactivate your subscription to regain access. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

Reactivation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time by subscribing to a new plan. If reactivated within 30 days of cancellation, your previous data will be restored.
